Librito de mi, a company that creates personalised books for children. Each child gets its own individual book designed especially for them, LOVELY idea :)
These tashtastic wine bottle designs have arrived just in time for the upcoming moustache growing charity event, Movember, it has no correlation to it but it would be kinda cool to just drink this in the November Movember period.
ANYWAY…..this design by Pia Storm and Rine Boland Folden for the long running independent wine company, Carl Wine, has a lovely concept behind it. Being a low to medium priced wine, it would only really be sold in discount stores and the cliche that comes with those who buy from discount stores is that they may not know very much about wine. Therefore, the design of this wine is there to help consumers through allowing the label to reflect the taste and quality of the individual wine. NOICE!
I LOVE reading the newspaper, every morning, newspaper and a cuppa tea, thats just my thing, so when I saw a lonely looking Evening Standard on the train to LDN town the other night, I couldnt resist having a read.
I came across this amazing article on the latest fad, cycling, not just any cycling however, a cycling cinema.
In the depths of Notting Hill, bicycles and their owners came together to enjoy a nice movie, however they have to exercise in order to watch it. Each bike is hooked up to a generator which is then attached to a large projector. With every peddle, the generator produces the movie to start rolling, if one bike stops, the whole movie stops BUT if anyone cant keep up, there are always substitutes ready to take over the peddling action.
Adam Walker, 30, of green energy organisation The Magnificent Revolution, says: “We wanted to create Fifties-style drive-in cinema, but powered by bikes. We’ve done it on a smaller scale, but it was a lot of work. With 20 bikes everyone should be able to pedal gently.”
The MUG Pub -
“Take away beer, makes the atmosphere!!!”
The MUG Pub is a a chain of football pubs located around Moscow, famously known for brewing its own beer. I’d LOVE to visit this place, it sounds awesome!
Russian Student Ivan Maximov has created the packaging design and rebranding for this unique chain even taking on board a new concept of takeaway beer, whereby which cafe-like paper coffee cups containing beer can be transported from the pub to any destination you choose using a clever little cool carrier…AMAZING IDEA!
What makes it even better is that the coffee-like beer cups are pint sized and all the materials used are recyclable :)

Little Chef rebranding -
As a young child, every motorway trip always involved stopping off at a Little Chef restaurant. I will always remember the lollie’s and colouring books i got while waiting for our food to come, however, after years of many visits, i realised as i grew up, the Little Chef stayed exactly the same….but not in a good way, it became so dated and quite an unpleasant place to dine.
However, in recent years, many attempts have been made to introduce a new, contemporary look and feel to the restaurant, many have not worked but it looks like this one could be a winner.
The newest rebranding has caught my eye for its bright, light hearted design. It is not the most impressive rebranding i have ever seen but I really like how it seems to have brought new life to the dying dinery.
Take a look at this for more information

Lee’s currently positioning themselves as eco-friendly, and they wanted to drive home that point even further. Their “Never Wasted” shopping bag can be reused in a ton of different ways, from a board game to a penholder to a CD rack.
